I said nothing as I’d long become immune to such verbal abuse and humiliation.
“Oh yeah? Pretty gifted, huh?” The ladies snickered as they shot me looks.
Just then, a lady stood up and walked over to me, I didn’t recognize her, so she must be a new face in their circle.
“Camille, is he… that obedient?” The lady circled me with curiosity in her eyes and examined me like I wasn’t human. Instead, it felt more like she was a zoo visitor staring at a performing monkey through iron bars.
“Of course, he is. Why? Are you interested, Quinn?”
Camille chuckled and hooked a finger at me. “Come here.”
I took a deep breath and walked over.
“Kneel.” And I did as I was ordered.
Splash! A cup of strong liquor was directly poured over my face.
see that? He listens and obeys just fine!” Camille said, looking at me mockingly and with pride. The other women were equally shocked.
The lady named Quinn had bright eyes that lit up. “He sure is obedient! Camille, can I keep him tonight?”
Camille froze. “You’ve seen all kinds of men, Quinn. Why would you want a muttface like him?
But Quinn didn’t seem to care. “I like obedient men, but I don’t think he yields completely. I can see a burning fire in his eyes, so I think he’ll be very fun.”
She gave me a condescending look in a way that was coldly beautiful. But those eyes shimmered with enchanting danger.
I wasn’t moved by her looks, but her words surprised me a little.
She had sharp eyes! With a glance, she saw through my submissive shell and straight to what I hid underneath.
“Probably not, Quinn. I’ll find someone better for you.” Camille frowned and was clearly unwilling to hand me over.
“Come on. He’s from Blackthorne University. He’s handsome, has a great body, and is interesting. I can barely hold back any longer.
“You won’t say no, will you, Camille?”
Quinn spoke with a smile, but just from these few words, I could tell that her background was on par with or exceeded Camille’s. In fact, she might even be more powerful than the Laytons.
Otherwise, Camille would have long exploded.
Now, it got me curiously wondering how Camille would respond. After all, I was her obedient. muttface, and I knew her well enough to know that she wouldn’t want anyone else laying a finger on me.
But Quinn wasn’t just anyone, and I looked forward to seeing if Camille would defy her.
“Just forget it, Quinn. I’m afraid he might offend you. We wouldn’t want that, would we?” Camille said. There was a flash of displeasure in her eyes, but she didn’t let it show.
“Camille, say… Name your price. Money or partnership, whatever you want.
“Just say it, I won’t bargain, and I just want him for one night.”
Quinn gave a soft smile. Her name might sound delicate and sweet, but her tone and actions reeked of power and dominance.
Camille’s expression fell. I could tell that she was conflicted, but I continued enjoying the
show.
After a long pause, Camille finally nodded.
“Alright. If you like him, he’s yours for tonight. You’d better behave, Max. If you mess this up,
I’ll never let you off!”
