defense.
The past couple of days had been a nightmare for him. He thought he’d been discreet, but Johnathan had found out anyway and gave them no room to breathe, reporting everything straight to the authorities.
What they’d done was even more serious than what Johnathan’s aunt had pulled.
Now both of them were in deep trouble.

Inside, Johnathan sat on the couch and looked calmly at the two men.

Johnathan thought for a moment, then said, “Since you’re showing sincerity, I’ll leave it to you. You have half a month – get everything cleaned up.”
Hearing him loosen his stance, both men visibly relaxed. “Don’t worry, Johnathan. We’ll take are of it.”
Time was tight, so they didn’t say more. With Johnathan’s permission, they hurried off.
