Mallory never expected this twist at the wedding.
Her face drained of color, and panic flashed in her eyes.
When Rhys saw the unfamiliar face beneath the veil, his anger erupted.
Who are you? How dare you try to impersonate my bride!”
No wonder you barely responded when I spoke to you. I thought Riley was just feeling shy today, but you’re an entirely ifferent person!”
hys let out a cold laugh, though his eyes blazed with fury.
You have some nerve treating the Valentine family like fools.”
With that, he signaled his security team to restrain Mallory, then walked toward me, taking my hand.
Riley, what happened? Why is this woman wearing your wedding dress?”
smiled slightly.
You should ask her that–my dear sister.”
turned to look at Mallory, who was being held by security.
he bit her lip hard, staring at me in stunned silence, her eyes wide with disbelief.
Riley, how can you be here? You should be…”
I should be what?”
asked, my smile turning cold as I approached her step by step.
Were you going to say I should be running from loan sharks right now? That I should have been forced to jump from the ooftop? Is that it?”
Unfortunately for you, your plan failed.”
Mallory seemed to lose all strength, stumbling backward until she collapsed to the floor,
She stared at me with the terror of someone seeing a ghost. “How is this possible?”
‘How… how did you know everything?”
I laughed coldly.
She had no idea that the SS Card she’d stolen from my room in the middle of the night was one I’d deliberately left for her to find–a fake one.
She hadn’t been able to take out loans in my name because I’d already asked Rhys to freeze all my accounts.

No matter which platform she tried, she couldn’t borrow a cent as me.
Meanwhile, Mallory had been receiving numerous debt collection calls.
“Mallory Brooks, when are you going to repay the hundred million you borrowed? If you don’t pay up soon, we’ll have no choice but to release your private photos all over the internet.”
“What… What loan? Who’s private photos?!”
Mallory’s voice trembled, but the debt collector on the other end grew impatient.
“Don’t play dumb. You borrowed money from us a few days ago and now you’re pretending it never happened?”
“We have your SSN and a signed contract. You can’t deny it–it’s all verifiable online.”
Mallory froze, her face turning deathly pale as she finally understood what had happened.
She fixed me with a venomous glare.
“Riley, YOU set me up?”
I raised an eyebrow. “You’re smarter than I thought.”
Indeed, the chip in that fake SS Card had actually been taken from Mallory’s real card.
She thought she was using my identity to take out countless loans, never realizing she was actually borrowing money under
her own name.
Now with debt collectors coming after her, panic was written all over her face, beads of sweat forming on her forehead.
“I didn’t take out any loans!”
Mallory screamed, completely forgetting she was still at a wedding ceremony.
“And how could you possibly have private photos of me? Stop threatening me! If you call again, I’m going to call 911!”
The loan shark on the other end laughed coldly.
“Stop pretending. We already had hackers break into your computer and found thousands of explicit photos.”
“You may look innocent, but turns out you’re nothing but a tramp!”
