Catalina avoided it.
Brayan was slightly taken aback.
“Brayan… I… I can’t go on anymore…”
Catalina’s eyes were red.

Sitting in the office, Brayan glanced at the divorce agreement papers lying in the shredder, his eyes devoid of emotion.

Jennifer took a moment to realize what Brayan said.

She waited here all day just to wait until the reporters left so she could go through the divorce process with Brayan.

Jennifer opened her eyes wide.

Brayan just gave Jennifer a cold laugh in response.
This laughter made Jennifer hear two meanings.
One is blaming her for causing such a big scene and upsetting grandpa.
Another way is to mock her for being too full of herself, thinking she
knows it all.
Jennifer couldn’t tell which one.
“Since you haven’t been to work for a few days, don’t bother coming today. I’ll send Jamie to pick you up and we’ll go visit grandpa. together.”

In the end, Jennifer agreed.
She couldn’t refuse.
She could even not care about Brayan’s life, but she couldn’t not care. about grandpa.
Not long after, Jamie came to pick up Jennifer in that royal blue Bentley.
Jennifer got on the car and casually asked, “Don’t we need to pick up Brayan?”
“Mr. LeBlanc had someone send.”
Jamie’s answer was vague, but a clear figure popped up in Jennifer’s mind.
It must be Catalina!
Driving, Jamie caught a glimpse of Jennifer out of the corner of his eye and noticed that her face looked bad. He couldn’t help but wonder if he had been too talkative.
On the other side, Brayan was sitting in the cool pink sports car.
The driver was Catalina, she took Brayan to the Hot Spring Resort.
Marcel was staying in the hospital for treatment.
“I’m sorry…”
Brayan got off the car and looked apologetic to Catalina.
“Grandpa wasn’t feeling well, you know that. I couldn’t take you inside.”

Next to the emperor blue Bentley, Jennifer stood there, quiet as if she didn’t exist.
Jamie got out of the car and saw Jennifer staring blankly ahead, totally confused, until she saw Catalina and Brayan hugging intimately.
