Over the years since they had last seen each other, Rosalie had often imagined how their reunion might go, but she had never envisioned a scenario like this.
She took a deep breath to steady herself, striving to appear calm on the surface. “I’m sorry, I must have entered the wrong room,” she said, her voice calm yet betraying a faint tremble.
She attempted to stand and leave, but the imposing figure before her stood firm like an unyielding wall.
As she inadvertently brushed against his chest, the warmth radiating from him drew her back down, and she could feel her ears heat up in response.
Thomas’s eyes darkened as he gazed deeply into her eyes, his expression intense and almost burning.
“Now that you’ve climbed into my bed, how much are you after this time?” His voice carried a mocking tone, as if he were a king scoffing at an unworthy subject.
Rosalie’s complexion faded to a pallid tone. “Thomas, I don’t need money. I really just walked into the wrong room. Please, let me go, okay?”
“Do you expect me to believe such a ridiculous excuse?” He sneered, his disbelief evident.
Rosalie sensed the humiliation in his tone, deliberate and demeaning.
Biting her lip, she replied, “If you don’t believe me, there’s nothing I can do about it. Let me go. I have things to do.”
As she spoke, she instinctively tried to push him away.
However, instead of moving him, her hand was caught by him and forcefully pinned above her head.
She was completely immobilized!

“Rosalic, since you came here today, I see no reason to let you go just like that.”
His dark eyes were intense with determination.
“What do you want?” Rosalie asked, her gaze full of caution.
“I want
… you.”
His breath was cool as he spoke close to her face.
“You …
Rosalie’s cheeks flushed with heat, and she angrily called him a “despicable rogue!”
She struggled to free herself. “Let me go!”
“The old trick of playing the victim won’t work with me!”
As he said this, Thomas tightened his hold on her wrist, applying more pressure, his
you before expression cold and menacing as he leaned in closer. “Rosalie, I didn’t take because I held myself back! But now … I see no reason not to. You’re nothing more to me than a cheap trinket!”
Rosalie’s heart sank.
The harshness of his words cut deeply, causing her a dull, sharp pain.
Her expression turned icy. “Let go of me, Thomas! I don’t need money right now!”
“But I am in need of something to satisfy my urges,” Thomas replied coldly.
With that, he moved to close the space between them.
“Ah!”
Rosalie screamed in fear, her complexion turning ashen.
“Thomas, what are you doing? Stop it, you brute!”
She struggled against his firm grip, her attempts to free herself futile as he held her wrists tightly, immobilizing her completely.
Panicked, she pressed her legs together, trying to ward off his advances. “I’ll press charges for harassment!”

Thomas‘ eyes grew even darker, a dangerous glint within them as he responded in a low, menacing tone, “Go ahead. I’ll be waiting.”
His voice, deep and slightly hoarse, carried a dangerous charm.
Then, without any hesitation, he leaned in closer, overpowering her resistance…
