Johnathan’s expression darkened. While he had been speaking to Quinn, the man never moved or said a word. At the time, Johnathan thought maybe he had some final move prepared.
But when the tranquilizer hit him and there was no reaction at all, they knew something was wrong. Rushing over, they found the man was already dead. No one had noticed – he’d been leaning quietly against the railing.
