The next day, Melanie planned to go to the company to submit her resignation application.
In the past, after Jordan graduated, he said he wanted to start a business, but no one believed in him. So he
asked Melanie for help.
He promised Melanie that he would definitely compensate her well when he achieved success. At that time, with his firm assurance, Melanie gave up a high-paying job with an annual salary of three hundred thousand.
Jordan started her business without any startup capital, so she helped him raise funds everywhere.

Melanie arrived at the CEO’s office and printed out her resignation letter before going to find Jordan to sign it.
Before signing, Jordan may have felt that his attitude towards Melanie in their conversation yesterday was too harsh. Suddenly, he threw a small gift box towards Melanie and said, “Here, it’s a few days before your
birthday, a gift in advance.”
Taking the gift box handed to her by Jordan, Melanie opened it.
Inside, a golden necklace was found. If it had been in the past, Melanie would have been ecstatic, but now
her heart is calm.
Because she knew, the necklace was a blue diamond bonus purchased by Jordan for fifty million.
In his eyes, he only deserved to wear free gifts.

Melanie made a soft sound of agreement.

Danica.
