Andrew waited for three days, but Katherine never came back.
The news that Billy found made him increasingly anxious.
Katherine cancelled her ID card and household registration, and cleared all of her Facebook content!
Her Facebook records every bit of their eight-year acquaintance, which is the most precious thing to
Katherine.
But she actually heartlessly deleted it!
Andrew remembered Katherine’s choked-up “goodbye” and felt a mix of emotions in his heart.
Did she have thoughts of leaving him a long time ago?
He quickly dismissed the idea.
Katherine loved him to the core and would never be willing to just walk away from him.
She was just angry with him and secretly hid it, wanting to scare him.
He hurried back home and opened all the rooms, searching for a familiar figure.
Suddenly, he realized that the room specifically designated for storing the birthday gift Katherine had given
him was empty!
And in the wardrobe, the clothes and watch she had bought for him were all gone!
He glared fiercely at the person behind him and said, “How dare you touch my things, huh?”
“Sir, it wasn’t me!”
The servant trembled with fear, “It was Mrs. Thompson who… who burned all of your belongings.”
Andrew was struck by lightning and staggered back a few steps, angrily rebuking, “This is absolute
nonsense! She loves me so much, how could she possibly do something to anger me?”
“What she feared the most in her life was making me angry!”
“It’s true,” Lily dared not look at him, her voice as soft as a mosquito’s. “The rose garden you planted for Mrs.
Thompson… she… had it cut down too.”
Andrew’s pupils contracted suddenly, and he ran to the rose garden. He looked at the scene in front of him,
unable to speak out of astonishment.
The once lush rose garden has turned into a ruin!
This was the day they got married, and he personally planted a rose garden for Katherine.
It represented his lifelong commitment to her.
Katherine loved this rose garden very much. She carefully tended to it every day, waiting for it to bear

He looked around, shouting her name, his voice trembling uncontrollably, “Katherine, I’m sorry, I shouldn’t
have punished you so harshly, please come out, okay?”
“Don’t play hide and seek with me anymore, I am really angry!”
His throat was hoarse, but there was still no response.
He suddenly thought of a possibility.
Did Katherine suddenly get so angry? Could it be that she found out about Sarah getting married?
At the thought of this, Andrew’s breath tightened. “Billy, immediately go and find out who leaked the news
about me and Sarah getting married, and bring that person to me!”
As soon as the words fell, Sarah called him.
Andrew hung up the phone, but they called again, showing a strong intention to keep calling if he didn’t
answer.

“Andrew, I was feeling really sick with a fever. Could you come to the hospital and keep me company?”
“I was busy with something.” He hung up the phone, his face darkened. “Billy, did you find out the results?”
“Mr. Thompson,” said the club staff, “it seems like she saw Mrs. Thompson go to the first floor to bring you a
late-night snack on her birthday night.”
Andrew’s head exploded with a buzzing sound. “Why didn’t you report such a big matter to me earlier?”
“Do you know how sad Katherine would be if she knew about this?”
The assistant was scared by his anger and took two steps back. “Mr. Thompson, tomorrow is the anniversary
of Mrs. Thompson’s father’s death. She will definitely go to the cemetery to pay her respects…”
“Hurry up and bring back the dress Katherine had ordered, and buy a set of diamond jewelry!” Andrew urged.
When he saw Katherine tomorrow, he had to behave well to appease her.
As long as he was willing to make an effort to coax her, Katherine would definitely forgive him and go back
home with him.
