Hence, Leonard’s little tricks were no match for Vivienne’s.

The noisy commotion quickly came to an end.
A few wealthy heirs who did not get along with Leonard quickly took the opportunity to capture plenty of embarrassing photos of him and mocked him without
restraint.
By the time Vivienne had changed into a set of clean clothes and was walking out of the dressing room, she immediately saw a tall figure waiting for her by the door.
She immediately paused.
Sensing her approaching him, Sebastian looked at her and asked coldly, “Vivienne, why did you have to do all that?”
“Why not? Should I have just listened to you and apologized to Leonard to smooth things over?” Vivienne asked coldly.
He frowned. “Vivienne, you’re not the type to make things hard for others without a good reason.‘
“So, why must I let myself be bullied just for your sake?”

Sebastian’s gaze darkened as he commented, “He accidentally spilled his drink on you, and you slapped him in return. You’ve already had your revenge, so why must you take things so far?”
“Sebastian, are you trying to say that I’m cruel?” Vivienne couldn’t help but laugh.
Sebastian’s cold gaze landed on her face as he added, “Leonard is a cruel and vicious man. He’ll not let what happened today slide after such a humiliation.” Vivienne smiled mockingly as she asked, “You’re just worried that what happened today will affect your partnership with the Hutz Group. Am I right?” She had heard the crowd murmuring, knowing that the Hutz Group would definitely end their partnership with the Holt Group after such an episode. His gaze tumed even colder, and he was just about to say something when Mia came rushing over in a panic. “Sebastian, something bad has happened! “The guy you were discussing a partnership with, Zach Graham, had tried to take advantage of Melanie when she wasn’t paying any attention. You should get over there now! Something might happen if we don’t hurry!”
Sebastian narrowed his eyes and commented coldly, “Bring me there now.”
His mind was too occupied to focus on Vivienne as he quickly walked away.
Vivienne watched the two leave, and a faint crease formed between her eyebrows.
She had remembered hov Jason had been full of praise for Zach when he had mentioned Zach to her the day before.
Zach was known within the circle for doting on his wife a lot. He was different from those men with money and influence, never getting himself involved in any messy hobbies or scandals.
It was clear that Zach was a responsible man from the way he acted toward his wife, which was why everyone loved to collaborate with him.
Would someone like that try to take advantage of Melanie?
Vivienne stood in place momentarily before following Sebastian and Mia.
At the
scene,
Melanie was sobbing loudly as tears streamed down her cheeks. She looked helpless and fragile as she cried.
Mia began pointing at Zach as she mentioned indignantly, “Melanie and I were walking when he suddenly appeared out of nowhere and pulled Melanie into his arms! Sebastian, how can you collaborate with someone like him?”
Zach was in his forties, and despite his proper and composed appearance, he looked absolutely dumbfounded by what was happening.
He exclaimed, “Mr. Holt, a waiter had been walking past them with a tray of drinks. Ms. Schafer wasn’t looking ahead, so she didn’t notice the waiter.
“I was worried that she’d walkinto him, so I pulled her aside. I had no intention of taking advantage of her!”
Mia looked at him in disgust and yelled, “Yeah right! That’s so kind of you. How kind of a person must you be to pull her into your arms?”
